Hey there! Welcome to my portfolio. I’m a photographer, living in a retro van to explore the Oregon coast and create as many memorable memories as possible. I’ve been visiting the Oregon Coast from Portland for 6 years and I finally based myself here at the Northern Oregon Coast.

Originally from Virginia, I was always torn between the beach, or the mountains. Everything was separate.

Then I discovered Oregon’s coast… you get literally BOTH. You can literally do a hike that looks over the ocean… INSANE.

Now that I’m living here and creating images here daily (I feel so lucky), I have a couple of new goals.

  1. Make an Impact on my community- The Oregon Coast has always made me feel so welcome, now it’s my turn to give back. My income is limited, but my art of photography will be never run out. I hope to capture everything and everyone here that desires my imagery.

  2. Find my dream spot to land- I love van-life, but my dream is to find some plot of land and build my own home. In the forest, on the hill, tucked away but close enough to smell that salty coastal air.

  3. Keep doing photography full-time enough to travel abroad- In my 29 years of living… I’ve never been out of the United States. I worked most of my 20’s away and now, I’m taking my control of my life. I will explore this world and share my art everywhere I can. (so if you need an elopement photographer in Japan, Italy, Ireland, Spain, ANYWHERE… hire me, I will travel)

  4. My big goal here at the Oregon Coast, is to have my own space in town. To work, to host my art, to offer creative studio portraits, to network and have events.

    Lets just say, I’m right where I want to be in this current chapter of my life. You being here, reading my story, brings me closer to each of these goals. Feel free to message me in regard to anything photography related, 99% of the time, if it involves a camera, IM DOWN.

Meet Nimbus

Nimbus is my 1997 Toyota HiAce — a small, steady home that carries me through the forests, coastlines, and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Living in this van keeps life simple and intentional. Everything I own has a purpose, and everything I create begins with the freedom Nimbus gives me to chase light, weather, and real adventure.
